Excellent massager, 3 modes, 2 levels of heating. Delivery was fast. However, upon inspection, I found that the second mode was not working correctly. I recorded a video and contacted the seller, who offered to return the product or provide a partial refund. I agreed and, after opening a dispute, the seller returned part of the money without any problems. Thank you.
